District Trials 2017: Erdington Schools – Years 3 and 4 Boys

Thank you to all of the boys and their parents who attended the trials last night.

Boys, you were a delight to work with from start to finish. Your attitude was exemplary. Not once did we have to talk to any boy about poor attitude. From start to finish you tried your best and gave it everything that you had. For that reason, you should be incredibly proud of your efforts.

I will be writing to your head teachers on Tuesday to tell them how you represented your schools with distinction.

Unfortunately it wasn’t possible for all of the boys to make it through to the second round but we thank everyone for taking part.

The following boys have made it through to round two:

  • Jaiy C – Abbey – Year 4
  • Cameron B – Featherstone – Year 4
  • Kayden H – Marsh Hill – Year 3
  • Malachy L – Featherstone – Year 4
  • Emron T – Corpus Christi – Year 3
  • Owen M – St. Barnabas – Year 4
  • James H – SS. Peter and Paul – Year 4
  • Isaac G – Featherstone – Year 4
  • Dylan T – Yenton – Year 4
  • Isaac W – Abbey – Year 3
  • Trevaun F – St. Barnabas – Year 3
  • Adriel A – Brookvale – Year 4
  • Hughie B – Abbey – Year 3
  • Joshua R – Gunter – Year 3

Details of round two will be published on the website before the start of next week.

Well done to those boys who made the second round and also a huge well done to those who unfortunately did not this time around.

We look forward to welcoming all of the boys back next year, regardless of how yesterday’s trials went.

Good luck in the future.

For those of you whose sons do not play for a Sunday league team, please check out the district website over the next few days for a list of local clubs.

Thank you.
